Shannan Summers
Shannan completed her BSc in Tropical Disease Biology at the University of Liverpool, before undertaking an MSc in Medical Parasitology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is currently a PhD student at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the Natural History Museum. Her research focus is on drug resistance and population genetics of schistosomes.
