Dr Elisabeth Garratt is a research fellow in sociology at the Centre for Social Investigation (@csinuffield), Nuffield College, University of Oxford. She has undertaken widespread research on food insecurity in the United Kingdom and Europe, alongside research on mental health in families with young children. She has conducted research for the government’s Department for Communities and Local Government and the Social Mobility Commission and has experience in engaging with policy-makers and public audiences.
