breastfeeding is a normal natural and approprate mode of feeding to infant and child according to recomandation of many health orgnization as evidenced by a lot of epidemiologic research , how ever the result breastfeeding indicator were varries accross the world and after a long programs the change was minimal eventhough it was the cheapest public health masure
