Aly Beeman, Geetika Pandya, and Tanya Bhandari

Aly Beeman MPH
Aly Beeman is currently a Research Analyst at YLabs (Youth Development Labs) based in Kigali, Rwanda. She has extensive experience in researching HIV and sexual reproductive health among adolescents worldwide. Passionate about implementation science and human-centered design, Aly aims to bridge the gap between research and practice by translating findings into actionable recommendations. She holds an MPH in global health from Brown University School of Public Health.

Geetika Pandya
Geetika Pandya is a researcher, passionate about gender equity in low and middle income countries. She has conducted primary and secondary research in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. She currently works as a Senior Research Associate at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), where she provides research and technical support to a diverse portfolio of projects. Prior to joining 3ie, Geetika worked on international development projects on energy, women’s economic empowerment, financial inclusion, and WASH. Geetika holds a masters in Development Practice from University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor of technology in Mechatronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.

Tanya Bhandari
Tanya Bhandari is a Design Director from India who has been working in the social impact space for over a decade. Currently at YLabs (Youth Development Labs) in Rwanda, her design work focuses on mental health, economic inclusion, and sexual and reproductive health for adolescents. Prior to YLabs, Tanya was leading the design team at UNICEF's Office of Innovation in New York and San Francisco, building and scaling products and services for children and young people across the globe.
