Timothy Ken Mackey is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Global Public Health at University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He is also the Associate Director for the UC San Diego MAS Program in Health Policy & Law and Director of the Global Health Policy Institute. His work focuses on a broad array of multidisciplinary topics in domestic and global public health research.
Meredith Meacham is a postdoctoral scholar at the University of California, San Francisco Department of Psychiatry. She has a PhD in Global Public Health from the University of California, San Diego/San Diego State University Joint Doctoral Program and an MPH from the University of Washington, and is a former Fulbright Fellow at the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction.
