Research Integrity Manager at Springer Nature
Maria obtained a PhD in Biological Sciences at the University of Wroclaw (Poland) where she researched the coding properties of microbial genomes. Maria joined BioMed Central in 2006. In her current role as Research Integrity Manager, Maria oversees a team of Research Integrity Advisers who support in-house staff and external Editors across BioMed Central and Springer Nature in ensuring adherence to editorial best practice and standards in peer review.
Maria is also co-Editor-in-Chief of Research Integrity and Peer Review.
