Solveig Tangedal
Solveig studied medicine at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim. Since 2012 she has been working as a clinician at The Department of Thoracic Medicine at Haukeland University Hospital, Bergen, Norway. Here she joined the Bergen Respiratory Research Group in 2013 and started her research focusing on inflammation and microbiota in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Today Solveig is also a PhD student at the Department of Clinical Science, Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Bergen.
