Dr Kate Grimshaw is a Senior Research Fellow within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton and a Specialist Paediatric Allergy Dietitian at Southampton Childrens Hospital.
Whilst food allergy prevention is a keen interest of hers she is also interested in the role of nutrition in the aetiology of food allergy and also the nutritional adequacy of exclusion diets.
