Jerry Hella
Jerry Hella is a trained medical doctor (Kilimanjaro Christian Medical College, Tanzania) with a MSc. in Epidemiology (Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, Switzerland) currently on a PhD training for Epidemiology and Public Health (Swiss TPH). He is passionate on infectious disease modelling and mapping of disease distributions (spatial epidemiology).
Dr. Hella joined Ifakara Health Institute in 2012 and has since been working on tuberculosis research (with interests from interventions to basic TB epidemiology) within TB groups both in Tanzania and Switzerland.
