Eduardo Noboa is a Senior Sustainability Governance consultant and researcher. He performed functions such as Renewable Energy and Environment Coordinator at the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE), Ministerial Advisor for Energy Transition of Ecuador, Undersecretary of State of Climate Change at the Ministry of Environment of Ecuador, Expert-member of the Technology Executive Committee of the UNFCCC and Executive Director at the National Institute for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy of Ecuador. He is currently an independent consultant for several Latin American multilateral organizations and performing as a researcher and lecturer on “Energy Policy Innovation for Transformative Change” at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg in Germany.
