David Molyneux and Charles Mackenzie are Professors in the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. Both have worked on many parasitic and neglected diseases over several decades throughout the tropical endemic countries in Africa and the Americas. Both work closely with the World Health Organization.

Thanh G.N. Ton is a Senior Research Epidemiologist at Precision Health Economics, who has developed models to define disease burden while at the University of Washington, Seattle.
