Christopher J. Rehm, Sr., DVM
Christopher J. Rehm, Sr., DVM, is the President of the American Heartworm Society. He received his DVM from Auburn University in 1982. The owner of Rehm Animal Clinics of Mobile and Baldwin counties, four AAHA-certified small animal clinics in south Alabama, Dr. Rehm employs 13 DVMs and over 70 support staff. Dr. Rehm hosted a live hour-long talk show on cable television for 17 years, as well as a live public service spot on his local CBS affiliate called Your Pets’ Health. He also wrote a Q&A column for Newhouse Publishers that appeared in approximately 40 newspapers nationwide.
