Adam is a Clinical Academic Physiotherapist in Children's Orthopaedics. He is currently completing his HEE/NIHR Clinical Doctoral Research Fellowship on a rare hip disease in children called Perthes’ Disease. He has a clinical base at Leeds Children's Hospital as part of the Children's Physiotherapy team and an academic base at Chapel Allerton Hospital at Leeds Institute of Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Medicine, University of Leeds. During this PhD Adam has developed a digital self-management intervention (a smartphone app) for the non-surgical treatment of Perthes’ Disease.
