Joanito Liberti recently completed his PhD at the Centre for Social Evolution, University of Copenhagen, where he is currently a postdoctoral researcher. He has now been awarded a Marie SkŁodowska-Curie Fellowship to work on the gut microbiota - brain axis in the honeybee at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland, where he will move later this year. His research interests include the evolution of beneficial and conflict-generating interactions and animal behaviour, and how these processes are regulated at the molecular level.
