Dr. Armstrong is a neurologist who specializes in movement disorders and cognitive impairment. She also serves as an evidence-based medicine consultant on healthcare guidelines for the American Academy of Neurology and researches strategies relating to patient and carepartner engagement in clinical care, research, and guidelines. She is supported by an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) career development award (K08HS24159).
