Marieke Bak is a PhD candidate in Medical Ethics at the Amsterdam UMC, University of Amsterdam. Her research concentrates on the ethical issues related to using (big) data for biomedical research, with a special focus on the sudden cardiac arrest setting, as part of the ESCAPE-NET consortium.
