Dr Nastasia Sălăgean is a Postdoctoral Researcher at West University of Timișoara. Her previous research experience includes the development of an online transdiagnostic program for treating depression and anxiety (PsiTAD), as well as developing techniques to change implicit cognitions. More recently, her focus has shifted towards the mechanisms behind discrimination, and factors associated with prejudice against the LGBT community.
Dr Ioana Latu is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Experimental Social Psychology at Queen's University Belfast and a Senior Researcher at West University of Timișoara. She is an experimental social psychologist. In her research she investigates social biases and effective ways to reduce them.
