Dr Hartley is a Lecturer in People Management at University of Salford. Formerly a nurse in the English NHS, her doctoral studies examined the impact of leading organisational change projects for a twelve-month period on early career doctors’ identity. Following this she worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow on COST Action IS0903, a cross-European research collaboration.
