Harvy Joy Liwanag & Leah List
Dr. Harvy Joy Liwanag is an Editorial Board Member of BMC Health Services Research and Postdoctoral Fellow of the United Nations University International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH), the UN think tank for global health. He is a licensed medical doctor and a health policy and systems researcher with a keen interest in building global health knowledge relevant to low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
Ms. Leah List is a Senior Program Associate for the Learning Network for Countries in Transition team at Results for Development (R4D). She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies from the University of Michigan where she focused on human rights, international law, and Arabic.
