Dr Dom Thorrington is a mathematical epidemiologist at Public Health England. He using mathematical models of infectious disease transmission to investigate cost-effective measures to mitigate and prevent epidemics. His main research interests are vaccination programmes for respiratory diseases, as well as the determinants of vaccination and vaccine hesitancy. His research is funded by the EU H2020 I-MOVE+ project.
