Claire is a chartered practicing Occupational Psychologist and academic researcher in the UK. Her research interests include women's health within the work context and in particular, reproductive health issues such as premenstrual experiences and the menopause. She recently worked for King's College London on a project looking at improving the menopausal experience for working women through the development of two brief workplace interventions (MENOS@Work). The work has produced a number of influential publications that have attracted a lot of media interest around the globe. Since completing the project, Claire has set-up a not-for-profit organisation called Women's Health at Work to continue her work in the field and implement research evidence into practice. She works directly with companies to help them understand the needs of the staff, and offers information, training and support on women's health topics.
