Cindy M. Chang joined the Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2012.
Previously, she was a postdoctoral fellow in the Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics at the National Cancer Institute. She received her PhD in epidemiology from UNC-Chapel Hill and her MPH in epidemiology from Emory University.
In her current role as epidemiologist at CTP, she reviews tobacco product applications and conducts research in tobacco regulatory science.
