The 2006 edition of Journal Citation Reports has just been released, with updated impact factors for journal titles tracked by Thomson Scientific.
Highlights for BioMed Central’s open access journals include the first official impact factor for BMC Immunology (3.04) and a great performance by Malaria Journal (Impact Factor 2.75) which in just 5 years has become the most highly-cited journal in the field of Tropical Medicine.
