Dr. Emma Paternotte is resident in obstetrics and gynaecology in the Netherlands. She just finished her PhD trajectory about intercultural communication between doctors and patients. Before the start of her residency she was coordinator of undergraduate and postgraduate medical education in a big teaching hospital in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
