George S. Liu, Austin Cook & Ingrid Oakley-Girvan

George S. Liu is a fourth year medical student at Stanford. He earned his undergraduate degree in Physics from Princeton University. His research applies tools and perspectives in machine learning, biophysics, and epidemiology to better understand health and disease.

Austin Cook is a fourth year medical student at the Stanford University School of Medicine. His research primarily focuses on the relationship between environmental factors and psychiatric diagnoses, in addition to metabolic responses of individuals to dietary and lifestyle interventions.

Ingrid Oakley-Girvan received her PhD in Epidemiology from Stanford University School of Medicine in the Department of Health Research and Policy. She is a Research Program Director at the Public Health Institute and a member of the Canary Center at Stanford for Cancer Early Detection and the Stanford Cancer Institute. In her work she focuses on innovative solutions for patients and their families and is actively engaged in science-informed policy for better health.
