Survey: What do you think of the new UK Clinical Trials Gateway (UKCTG)?

The UK Clinical Trials Gateway (UKCTG) launched in 2011 and is an initiative from the Department of Health. UKCTG is supported by BioMed Central and Current Controlled Trials and is designed to provide easy to understand information about clinical trials running in the UK. The trial data are sourced from the ISRCTN register and ClinicalTrials.gov. To improve patient care and encourage participation in future clinical trials, it is crucial that the potential participants are aware of research relevant to them. All trial records on the UKCTG have a dedicated lay summary field to include a plain English summary. The UKCTG has been striving to make the clinical trial information easily accessible to the public, and recent developments to further improve accessibility have seen the launch of smartphone apps.

The UKCTG is looking for feedback from its users to further improve and strengthen the website and the information it provides. Please complete the survey and let the UKCTG know what you think of their new website. The survey will remain open until the end of 31 July 2012. Completing the survey also gives you the opportunity to join a user panel and have your say in the future developments of the UKCTG.
