Perioperative Medicine is now accepting submissions!

Perioperative Medicine is an exciting new journal that publishes highly topical clinical research relating to the perioperative care of surgical patients.

Its essence is the distillation, examination and application of clinical evidence to improve surgical outcome. Modern perioperative medicine is a true multidisciplinary specialty and the journal welcomes research in all areas relevant to perioperative medicine from any healthcare professional.

The journal is led by Editors-in-Chief Monty Mythen and Mark Hamilton, from University College Hospital and St George’s Hospital, London, UK, who also co-chair the Evidence-Based Perioperative Medicine (EBPOM) series of conferences. They are joined by an internationally renowned Editorial Board from diverse hospitals and research institutes across the world.

Perioperative Medicine will consider submissions on surgical outcome, evidence-based care, preoperative evaluation and testing, surgical risk scoring, development of perioperative guidelines, perioperative haemodynamic monitoring, surgical optimization, enhanced surgical recovery programs, cardiopulmonary exercise testing and perioperative fluids.

To join in the success of this new journal, submit your next research article for publication. For more information, please visit the journal website or contact the Editorial Office
