Karline Wilson-Mitchell

Karline Wilson-Mitchell, Associate Professor, Midwifery, Ryerson University has practiced midwifery in Canada and the US since 1992. She has taught Midwifery at Ryerson University since 2008. Karline’s experience with new immigrant and refugee families informs her teaching and research of childbearing families in vulnerable populations.Her research explores birth outcomes of uninsured migrants and respectful maternity care to adolescent mothers in Jamaica.
