Jamie Lundine (top left) is a PhD student in the Institute of Feminist and Gender Studies at the University of Ottawa and a Research Associate in the Gender, Work and Health Research Unit. Her research explores power and privilege in knowledge production, with a focus on health science journal publishing.
@jlundineDr. Karen Lawford (top right) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Gender Studies at Queen’s University, in Kingston, Ontario. She is a co-lead on a Status of Women Canada Grant that examines Indigenous women and Two Spirit leadership in the health sciences and health care. As a registered and Aboriginal midwife, she examines the provision of maternity care for those who live on reserve to understand the barriers of equitable reproductive health services.
