Dr Shanti Eswaran
Dr Shanti Eswaran is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Michigan Health System, Ann Arbor. She has a research interest in the role of diet and food in functional bowel diseases, such as IBS. Her research interests are complemented by her clinical interests in functional GI diseases, celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity provided to patients in the U-M Department of Digestive and Liver Health.
