Katherine Rainey

Katherine Rainey is a physics Ph.D. student at the University of Colorado Boulder. Her research lies at the intersection of STEM and sociology. She focuses on student experiences in STEM, including sense of belonging, racism and sexism in STEM, and impacts of learning environment. This work is done with her collaborators Mellissa Dancy, Roslyn Mickelson, Elizabeth Stearns, and Stephanie Moller.
