Hilary Pinnock & Steph Taylor

Hilary Pinnock is Professor of Primary Care Respiratory Medicine at the University of Edinburgh and a General Practitioner at Whitstable Medical Practice, Kent. Her research focuses on how care is delivered for people with respiratory conditions. Specific interests include implementing self-management for asthma, telehealthcare for monitoring respiratory disease, and supportive care for people with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Steph Taylor is Professor in Public Health and Primary Care at Barts and The London, Queen Mary’s School of Medicine and Dentistry. She is a GP, a Public Health doctor and a health services researcher with a long standing interest in supporting self-management and complex interventions for people with long term conditions.
