Gitalee Sarker

Gitalee recently completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Health Sciences and Technology at ETH Zurich, Switzerland. Her Ph.D. work focused on exploring the long-term impact of maternal obesity on brain, behaviors and metabolism of the offspring. She has special interests in brain physiology, epigenetics, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Prior to her Ph.D., she attained an MSc in Neuroscience from the University of Bonn, Germany. Gitalee is a trained physician with a background in child health and attained an MBBS from Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh.
