I am a Clinician (Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust) / researcher (Visiting Professor, CEAR University of Greenwich). I have been involved in swallowing research since the 1990's. I qualified from the London Hospital Medical College in 1986, and achieved an MD from London University in 1997. I am an editor for the Geriatrics Journal and the Christian Medical Fellowship magazine.
