Madeline Casanova, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Fellow for the WWAMI Medical Education Program at the University of Idaho, USA. Her research interests include psychosocial factors related to injury and well-being, instrument development, and psychometric evaluation of outcome measures.

Megan Nelson, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Fellow for the WWAMI Medical Education Program at the University of Idaho. Her research interests include sedentary behavioral, physical inactivity and their influence on chronic disease.

Russell Baker, PhD, DAT, is the Associate Director of Medical Research for the Idaho WWAMI Medical Education Program and a Clinical Associate Professor in the Athletic Training Programs at the University of Idaho. His research interests include survey and instrument development and validation, manual therapy interventions for musculoskeletal pathology, musculoskeletal injury and examination, and psychometric evaluation of patient reported outcome instruments.
